General sales conditions
Deposit: Reservation will be confirmed only if accompanied by a deposit, which will be credited to your bill at check-out:
- 1 night deposit for a stay of 1 to 3 days
- 30% deposit for a stay exceeding 3 days
Cancellation : If cancellation occurs more than 21 days prior to reservation date, there is a 60€ charge for cancellation. If cancellation occurs less than 21 days prior to reservation date, there
will be no refund of the deposit.
Early departure: In case of a shortened stay, and the room is not resold, the full amount of the original reservation will be charged.
Note: If you modify your stay (dates or length), we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
Premature departure: In this case, the full amount of the booking shall be charged.
Animals: they are not allowed in our hotel.
No-show: Any no-show will be chargedin full. Please note that the hole booking is automatically cancelled.
Swimming-pool: We do ask parents to ensure that their children are accompanied. PLease respect the serene environnement, our guest come for tranquility.
Arrival time: Rooms are available at 3pm. Reception will be closed at 8.30pm. Pleasz in case of later arrival, contact us, then e will inform you of the details for entrance.
Check-out: Before 12:00 noon.
